Description

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Fayetteville, GA area.

COMPENSATION: 140k to 160k plus bonus

RELOCATION: Yes

MUST HAVE: 5 years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station

MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations

MUST HAVE: The ability to lead a team and work directly with customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
• Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
• Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
• Act as the main contact for FAA relations
• Maintain staffing levels
• Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
• Upsell contract terms
• Provide status reports to customers
  
  

Education And Experience

• 5 years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
• Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
• About 20% travel required
