Quality Laboratory Chemist I - 2nd shift (1109725)

Location: Lancaster, SC

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Laboratory Chemist I - 2nd shift

Monday - Thursday (3:30PM - 11:30PM) Friday (1:30 - 9:30)

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• The QLCI reports to Quality Laboratory Management. The QLCI will provide overall support to the laboratory with testing while working in a safe work environment.
• This is a position that requires the ability to manage time efficiently in order to complete assigned testing. The QLCI shall be willing and able to learn laboratory processes supporting testing as well as instrumentation theory and troubleshooting.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Bachelors of Science must be in Chemistry.
• 2-5 years of experience in a cGMP facility
• Proficient in laboratory analytical techniques such as titrations, gravimetric methods and sample preparation
• Experience with instrumentation such as GC & LC. The Chemist should be familiar with both instruments and able to troubleshoot as needed.
• Experience in Empower Software is preferred but not required
