The Role
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and company standards. This role is critical in safeguarding product integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and driving a culture of food safety throughout the facility.

The Role
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and company standards. This role is critical in safeguarding product integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and driving a culture of food safety throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QA technicians and coordinate daily quality assurance activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits, inspections, and verification checks across all departments
- Investigate and document non-conformances, implementing corrective actions
- Train and mentor staff on food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and management teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for regulatory and internal review
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or related field (preferred)
- 3 years of QA experience in meat processing or food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QA documentation systems
