Key Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS to support consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
- Manage core quality tools including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related documentation.
- Drive risk-based thinking, preventive actions, and root cause analysis for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate QMS documentation, records, and performance reporting.
- Support product and process validation, inspection methods, and supplier quality activities.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment using APQP or similar structured quality systems.
- Experience with ISO or equivalent auditing standards.
- OEM Experience a plus.
- Strong background in technical writing, procedure development, and quality documentation.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience.
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machining is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
