About The Role

As an IT Program Manager focused on Merchandising, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that power merchandising operations. You’ll manage multiple complex projects across merchandise systems, processes, and integrations, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and IT best practices.

You’ll collaborate with merchants, planners, allocations, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Beyond execution, you’ll mentor project managers, foster professional growth, and drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs: Own planning, execution, and delivery of merchandising technology initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with merchants, planners, allocations, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop program plans: Ensure integration of deliverables across systems and processes.
• Manage budgets: Oversee cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Mentor project managers: Guide junior team members and contractors in professional growth.
• Improve methodologies: Contribute to evolving project management practices.
• Assess risks: Identify and mitigate risks across programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification required.
• 7 years of experience in project management or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
