Compensation & Perks
- Between Salary, Bonus, & Extra Day's Pay: Can earn up to $75,000 in year one.

What You'll Do
- Report directly to the Shift Superintendent
- Supervise 30 hourly employees to ensure daily production goals are met
- Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state & federal regulations
- Guarantee USDA and customer specifications are achieved
- Maintain sanitation standards and follow QA guidelines for product quality
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maximize efficiency
What You Bring
- High School Diploma (Degree a plus)
- 3 years in a USDA processing facility (poultry or ready-to-eat food preferred)
- Minimum 2 years as a Production Supervisor
- USDA and HACCP experience required (certification a plus)
- Union experience a plus
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts
