Large Manufacturing Organization is looking for a Production/Plant Manager for one of their facilities in the Weston, NE area

Job Summary ~
The Production/Plant Manager assists in the direction and management of the plant with total charge of the operation in the absence of the General Manager. In addition, may be in direct charge of one or more areas of plant operations.
Essential Responsibilities ~
? Assist in overall operation of the plant; assumes responsibility for major area of operation when necessary due to absence of General Manager, Plant Manager, or Fleet Manager.
? Assists in the development of the annual budget.
? Assists in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employee?s development and discipline of established employees.
? Maintains professional liaison with customers; resolves customer issues or concerns.
? Looks for opportunities to increase productivity efficiently and economically.
? Under the direction of the General Manager, may be responsible for obtaining certifications necessary to the operation and implementation of such projects as Bio-security, HACCP, and is primary contact for the Company?s Safety Program.
Qualifications ~
? High School diploma or equivalent required
? 7 years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing facility.
? Good mechanical and administration skills.
