Job Title: Phlebotomist
Schedule: Full‑Time (40 hours per week)
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Operating Hours: Between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Final schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist to support our clinical operations by performing blood draws, specimen processing, and manifesting tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to patient care and accuracy.
This role plays a key part in ensuring high‑quality service, patient comfort, and compliance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Laboratory Duties
Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Process specimens according to established protocols and guidelines.
Complete manifesting and related documentation to ensure proper tracking and handling of specimens.
Patient Interaction & Care
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients during blood draw procedures.
Maintain a calm, compassionate, and respectful approach to patient care.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and professionalism standards.
Operational Support
Follow established workflows and office procedures.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Support overall clinic operations as needed within the scope of the role.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
MAP License
