Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll-related equity events, including RSU vesting, stock option exercises, and ESPP transactions
- Reconcile equity activity between stock plan and payroll systems
- Ensure accurate payroll tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions
- Perform payroll and general ledger reconciliations
- Support multi-state payroll processing and compliance as a backup to the Payroll Manager
- 3 years of payroll experience
- Experience with equity compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, stock-based compensation)
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, W-2 reporting, and payroll compliance
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll
- Public company experience preferred
- UKG, NetSuite, or equity administration platform experience is a plus
