Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk
Work Location: Hoboken, NJ 07039
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8‑hour shift)
Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
Interview Process: In‑person, 1 round.
Position Background: Front desk support. This position ensures smooth patient flow and provides essential support to daily clinic operations.
Team Structure: Work alongside 2 other front desk team members. Collaborative, supportive environment.
Top Responsibilities:
- Check in & Check out
- Insurance verification
- Answer phones & Triage
- Work on in baskets & Provide general front desk support
Ideal Candidate Background: Healthcare or customer service experience.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- 0–5 years of experience or keen to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Skills: English and Spanish bilingual
