What You’ll Do

• Lead 5 Distribution Center Supervisors and 75 hourly associates across inbound and outbound operations
• Ensure trucks depart on time and service levels are consistently met
• Partner with Facilities Management to address maintenance issues quickly and effectively
• Conduct supervisor meetings to foster communication and continuous improvement
• Analyze inbound/outbound processes and implement best practices across the network
• Oversee payroll, paperwork, and compliance with SOPs, EHS, and security procedures
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and servant leadership
• Manage operational budgets, overtime, and cost controls
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and special projects to strengthen company culture and performance
  
  

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED (Degree preferred)
• 5 years of experience in a high-speed warehouse/distribution center
• 3 years managing multiple supervisors and 50 hourly associates
• Servant leadership mentality—no micro-managers
• Strong people skills and the ability to lead a tenured workforce
• Experience with productivity metrics and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS/AS400 systems
• Excellent communication skills and openness to 2nd shift hours (2 PM to Midnight)
