About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative / Associate Product Specialist to support and grow a defined local territory. This is a field‑based sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys face‑to‑face customer interaction, and wants a long‑term career path in medical/clinical sales.
This role carries both unit‑based and revenue quotas and is designed as a launchpad into a full Territory Representative/ Product Specialist role within 12 months for top performers.
What You’ll Do
- Carry and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Conduct clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings in clinics and patient settings
- Build strong relationships with physicians, therapists, clinicians, and patients
- Coordinate and lead patient demonstrations and fittings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up
- Support documentation and pull‑through activities (authorizations, prescriptions, medical records)
- Assist senior Product Specialists/Territory Managers with territory strategy and execution
- Participate in local trade shows, meetings, and educational events
- Provide hands‑on customer education and post‑sale support
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Travel daily within the territory
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience (outside/field sales strongly preferred)
- Medical device, DME, healthcare, or patient‑facing sales experience is a plus
- Comfort working with both clinical stakeholders and patients
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
