Marketing Analyst / Marketing Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join the team on a long-term W2 contract. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting the design and delivery of advertising and marketing communications materials that effectively represent the company's products, services, and brands to customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the development of marketing and advertising materials, including multimedia packages such as brochures, letters, videos, and point-of-purchase displays.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Apply professional judgment and expertise to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on prior experience and established guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
