The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to support plant quality operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive quality performance and continuous improvement within the assigned value stream.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure investigations.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, inspection plans, and process controls.
- Support PPAP, APQP, audits, and customer quality requirements.
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to improve product and process performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve plant objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing required.
- Experience with statistical analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and quality management systems.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
- ASQ Certification, ISO 9001, and/or IATF 16949 experience preferred.
