IT Manager Audio‑Visual Systems

Full‑Time | On‑site

The Judge Group has an opportunity for an IT Manager with strong Audio‑Visual (AV) experience to lead daily IT operations, support 55 users, and manage integrated AV systems across our environment. This role blends hands‑on technical work with long‑term planning as we continue to expand our infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

IT Operations

• Support 55 end users, workstations, printers, and third‑party applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of new technologies.
• Maintain and enhance network infrastructure and Active Directory (Server 2003).
• Support proprietary CRM web‑based software.
• Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot issues, and provide remote/local support.
• Train users on basic hardware/software use and assist with documentation.
  
  

Systems & Development

• Write, test, and maintain code in ASP.NET, VB.NET, T‑SQL, and JavaScript.
• Develop system specs and maintain technical documentation.
  
  

AV & Network Integration

• Configure 2N cameras, Ubiquiti switches/routers, WAPs, and Rack PCs.
• Support CCTV apps and monitoring tools.
• Work with residential/commercial AV subsystems: networking, lighting, HVAC, shades, audio/video distribution, phone systems, intercom, and access control.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5 years IT infrastructure management.
• 3 years professional AV systems experience.
• Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, PoE, QoS).
• Experience with Crestron, Control4, AMX, Extron, or similar control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
