Med/Surg Tele RN | Los Alamos Medical Center | Los Alamos, NM

Los Alamos Medical Center is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a night shift assignment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable caring for medical-surgical and post-surgical patients.

Assignment Details

• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 hours/week guaranteed
• Minimum 4 weekend shifts per month
• No call required
• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,110

• 15-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• 5:1 patient ratio
• Adult and geriatric population
• GE equipment
• Medhost EMR
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Experience caring for surgical patients
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Stepdown experience
• Telemetry interpretation skills

• Able to work effectively in a resource-limited environment
• Willing to float to other units as needed (rare)
