Description

The Judge Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company located in the Lancaster, PA area.

Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Lancaster, PA

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inside sales contact: handle inbound calls, quotes, order conversion, and order processing per company procedures
• Partner closely with assigned Outside Sales Reps to grow territory sales through planned communication, shared call strategies, and clear role alignment
• Proactively generate sales by calling customers, following up on quotes, introducing new products, and providing product knowledge and materials
• Support smooth order fulfillment by understanding warehouse operations and coordinating across departments
• Communicate product availability, shortages, quality issues, and estimated delivery timelines to customers
• Participate in trainings, sales ride-alongs, meetings, and ongoing product and industry education
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution highly preferred
• Competitive, self-motivated, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based systems
• Strong time management skills and consistently positive attitude
