In this role, you will help maintain and enhance SOX-related controls, assess the effectiveness of existing IAM processes, and recommend improvements that strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Maintain and support IAM controls aligned with SOX compliance requirements.
- Evaluate existing identity governance and access management processes and recommend improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen security controls and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the development, review, and enhancement of security policies, methodologies, and procedures.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes, including access provisioning and entitlement management.
- Contribute to initiatives involving single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance.
- Help drive automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to support broader security and compliance objectives.
- Provide guidance and leadership within projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing projects and working with security policies, methodologies, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Extensive experience with data security, access management, entitlement management, and provisioning processes.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, governance requirements, and compliance practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
- Experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and process automation strategies.
- Broader cybersecurity experience beyond IAM disciplines.
- Previous leadership or people management experience.
- Strengthened IAM controls that support compliance and reduce organizational risk.
- Continuous improvement of identity governance, provisioning, and access review processes.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across technology, security, and compliance teams.
- Identification and implementation of practical solutions that improve both security posture and operational efficiency.
- Calm, confident decision-making in high-pressure situations while driving positive outcomes.
