Human Resources Generalist

Day-to-day activities:
• Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processes
• Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
• Resolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers
• Contributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
• Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes, significant time on case management for attendance
• Works closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programs
• Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
Skills needed:
• 1 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with HR case management tools and topics
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
• Experience with Tableau and reporting tools
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $30 - $35
