Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations — Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors, addressing concerns, coaching leaders, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Recruiting & Onboarding — Support full‑cycle hiring for hourly and salaried roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- HR Compliance — Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support audits and documentation.
- Training & Development — Assist with safety training, skills development, and workforce education initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits Support — Help employees navigate benefits, leave programs, and payroll questions.
- HR Administration — Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and reporting.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) a plus
