Job Description: RN – Home Health (On‑Site)

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health assignment based in Olympia, WA and surrounding areas. This is an on‑site role with a 32‑hour weekly guarantee and productivity‑based expectations.

Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing services as per standard RN/Home Health practices
• Manage patient care visits across Olympia and surrounding areas
• Meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week

Coverage Area

• Olympia and surrounding areas
  
  

Mileage Reimbursement

• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits only
• Mileage not reimbursed from home to patient or patient to home
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Home Health experience required
