About The Role

The Judge Group is seeking an Enterprise Architect to connect business strategy with technology execution. You’ll lead business capability modeling, guide application and integration architecture, support ERP modernization, and shape our long‑term technology strategy. This role partners with business and IT leaders to drive simplification, modernization, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business capability modeling with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Build and maintain a Business Capability Catalog and capability maps.
• Map capabilities to applications, integrations, data flows, and platforms (Ardoq).
• Support application rationalization, ERP transformation, and M&A integration.
• Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and guardrails across application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Provide strategic technology guidance and investment insights.
• Partner with delivery teams and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Maintain the enterprise architecture repository and create clear, decision‑ready architecture views.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• 8–12 years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems architecture.
• Experience facilitating business capability modeling.
• Strong background in application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to communicate technology concepts to business leaders.
• Proven influence and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in multi‑ERP or acquisition‑driven environments.
• Hands‑on with Ardoq or similar EA tools.
• Experience in Agile or product‑based delivery environments.
