Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage end‑to‑end email campaign execution across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business lines, ensure email best practices, maintain timelines, and deliver high‑quality campaigns within a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring campaign timelines are met and questions are addressed promptly.
• Own the end‑to‑end email campaign lifecycle in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Email and journey building
• QA/testing
• Deployment
• Serve as backup for Marketo campaigns, including building, testing, and deploying campaigns as needed.
• Provide guidance on email best practices including deliverability, rendering, design, and compliance.
• Coordinate across teams using Workfront to manage tasks, workflow, and approvals.
• Develop and edit HTML/CSS for email templates and components.
• Utilize tools such as Litmus for QA, rendering checks, and optimization.
• Build emails using Stensul/Knak or other no‑code solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple business lines to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).
• Working knowledge of Marketo for email campaign execution.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for email development.
• Experience with Litmus for email testing and rendering validation.
• Familiarity with no‑code email creation tools such as Stensul or Knak.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, rendering, compliance).
• Experience managing projects and workflows through Workfront or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
