In this individual contributor role, you will lead our global strategy for all GTM content and partner marketing. This includes playing a key role in building scalable programs that bring the value of brand and platform to life across multiple channels like website, blog, social, tradeshow activation, and custom co-marketing campaigns with key GTM partners and collaborators. Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION) You will work closely with our business development and product teams to create foundational sales materials and drive solution-level messaging - from ideation to hands-on production. You’ll own all aspects of our website and email collateral to customers, standardizing the approach, materials, and channels for marketing our expanding suite of solutions - such as machine tending, visual inspection, and electronics assembly. An additional layer is partner co-marketing: enabling our customers with content and branding to seamlessly promote and sell their -powered solutions to their customers.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role) ● Education: Degree and field ○ Marketing and Communications degree. Roles could be: Content Strategist, Content Producer, Content Marketing Manager, Editor-in-Chief (hands on and can copywriter) ○ Tech industry, Manufacturing industry ● Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility ○ Experience: 5 years of partnerships and content marketing experience. ● Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role ○ Content production expertise: Proven track record of producing and managing high-quality content at scale. You should be comfortable moving from a high-level content strategy to the "hands-on" execution of web copy, scripts, and sales collateral. ○ Project & agency management: Excel at navigating ambiguity and managing agencies - from identifying and briefing the right partners to planning, execution, and ROI measurement. ○ Strategic thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on input from cross-functional groups including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Comms. ● Specific Tools or Applications experience (○ Web production literacy: Familiarity with CMS platforms and the technical requirements of web content production (Webflow, Figma, SEO, UX, and conversion optimization).
