Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned residents and their families
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Support residents in life‑skills and enrichment activities
- Participate in developing and updating Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Maintain awareness of resident locations and safety throughout the shift
- Follow safety standards, OSHA requirements, and risk‑management policies
- Assist with dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards
- Encourage and assist residents in activities listed in their ISP
- Demonstrate commitment to high‑quality resident care and service
- Genuine passion for serving seniors and delivering excellent care
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
- High School diploma/GED (may be required depending on state)
- Must meet state CNA certification requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous senior‑care experience preferred
- Ability to make sound decisions in residents’ best interest
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities
- Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Salary : $18 - $25
