Wisconsin / Illinois
Approx 60% travel
Engineered / Manufactured Solutions for the Access Hardware industry
This role is about ownership, growth, and impact — not just managing accounts.
What You’ll Do
Own a defined territory: revenue, margin, and growth
Expand key accounts and win targeted new business
Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline
Lead pricing, contracts, and margin discipline
Stay close to the market with 9–12 customer visits per week

What You Bring
Proven B2B Growth Experience (industrial/manufacturing/distribution Preferred)
