Title: Ammonia Refrigeration Lead

Location: Jasper IN

Compensation: 100 -120k

Main Responsibilities

• Preferred 5 years in ammonia refrigeration service
• Oversee 3-4 Maintenance Technicians
• Working knowledge of the industrial refrigeration system and it’s components (screw compressors/chillers/evaporators/condenser)
• Refrigeration troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on newly commissioned Frick ammonia refrigeration system
• Accurately process startup forms/logs, daily tasking, and work with contracted support
• Use technology to track and optimize system performance when onsite and offsite
• Familiar with Controls: capable of troubleshooting analog and digital circuits
• High expectations for preventative maintenance schedules , machine efficiencies, organization, and maintaining a clean, food-safe work environment
• Tools provided
• Assist with other equipment/machines as needed
