Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of warehousing experience, including docking experience, and the ability to obtain their DOT Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock levelers.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently at docking stations.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
• Conduct inspections to verify shipment accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist in transportation-related tasks and work towards obtaining DOT Certification.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet operational goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience, preferably with docking experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT Certification (prior certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
