Structures Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, and certification of advanced products and systems across a diverse portfolio. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including mission-critical payloads, electronic systems, integrated ground and air vehicles, and space exploration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, analysis, and validation of structural components and systems for aerospace, defense, and advanced technology applications
• Perform static and dynamic structural analyses using engineering calculations and CAE/FEA tools
• Assist with product development activities throughout the full engineering lifecycle, including concept development, testing, certification, and production support
• Prepare technical documentation, analysis reports, and engineering substantiation packages
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and test engineers
• Evaluate metallic and composite structures for strength, durability, and structural integrity
• Support material selection, hardware evaluation, and manufacturing process reviews
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience, including internships or co-op experience
• Basic understanding of structural analysis, mechanics, and engineering fundamentals
• Exposure to CAE/FEA tools such as ANSYS, FEMAP, Nastran, or similar software
• Familiarity with static and/or dynamic analysis concepts
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain required security clearance if applicable
