You have an intricate understanding of all fine food preparation and presentation, personnel management, recruitment, service knowledge, and food handling/kitchen cleanliness requirements. You may have previous experience opening restaurants and a culinary degree. Sharing your knowledge and developing the others on your team is what makes you tick.

You assist the Banquet Chef with oversight and management of departmental expenses, including labor, to insure a return on investment for our owners.
