1st Shift Assembler

JOB PURPOSE:Responsible assembling parts on or off the line according to the schedule set by team leader or supervisorESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Assemble parts according to the information in the packets and/or databases but all work must be spot checked by an A or B assembler.· Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners· Checks finished parts for completeness, defects or damage· Package parts for safe travel· Alerts supervisor to equipment or quality problemsAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
