Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate workers' compensation claims in accordance with regulations and best practices.
• Determine compensability and establish appropriate claim reserves.
• Manage claims efficiently from inception through resolution.
• Communicate effectively with employers, injured employees, medical providers, attorneys, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction and reduce losses.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid Connecticut Adjuster’s License.
• Minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
