Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in-office per week; remote work considered for local candidates)
- Manage a $7M revenue book of business with $70M in premiums, focusing on large commercial accounts in real estate, construction, and hospitality.
- Serve as the primary client contact, delivering a high-touch, client-centric service experience.
- Handle renewals for a well-established book of business spanning over 30 years.
- Collaborate with CSRs and the marketing team for backend support, stepping in to assist with renewals as needed.
- Provide expert advice on cross-selling opportunities for personal and life insurance coverages.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in large commercial lines, with expertise in real estate, construction, and hospitality accounts.
