Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance sales, ability to work independently without micromanagement. Compensation Package

• Base Salary Commission Structure: $50,000 - $100,000 annually
• Year 1: Base salary plus a percentage on new business.
• Year 2: Reduced base salary with increased earnings from new business and renewals.
• Year 3: Further reduced base salary with a focus on new business and renewal commissions.
  

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of personal lines insurance products, including standard and high-value policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the San Antonio area.
• Manage and grow a book of business, with the option to service your accounts or focus solely on sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Proven sales performance with documentation of results from the past three years (e.g., pay stubs).
• Strong knowledge of the San Antonio market and ability to leverage local connections.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure in previous roles.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement.
• Resides within a 20-30 minute commute of the office for potential future hybrid work arrangements.
