The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Comfortable thinking outside the box and overcoming obstacles.
- Consultative sales.
- Prior sales experience.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Ability to travel within their assigned territory
- Work independently and as part of a team to drive agency revenue.
- Apply problem solving techniques to various issues.
- Ability to work with multiple carriers & grow broker network.
- Must carry an active P&C license.
