Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client service and support for employee benefits accounts, including medical, dental, vision, and disability plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how benefits work and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
• Work Environment: Hybrid (1-2 days remote, preferred fully in-office).
• Equipment: Laptop provided for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing fully insured and level-funded accounts, with potential exposure to self-funded accounts.
• Support clients with renewals, employee education, benefits administration, and preparation of benefits guides.
• Handle Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure timely communication with clients via email and other channels.
• Learn and adapt to internal processes, focusing on renewals and client-specific needs.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Potentially take on specific client accounts as experience grows.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Licenses/Designations: L&D preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Pension Pro software is a plus but not required.
• Account Knowledge: Understanding of medical, dental, vision, and disability plans. Experience with fully insured and level-funded accounts is essential; self-funded accounts experience is a plus.
