Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee benefits, a passion for client satisfaction, and a commitment to excellence.
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 50% of the time spent in the office (2 days in-office, 2 days remote, and every other Friday alternating). Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonuses: Discretionary annual bonuses

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and account activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits or a related field
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
