Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee benefits, a passion for client satisfaction, and a commitment to excellence.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 50% of the time spent in the office (2 days in-office, 2 days remote, and every other Friday alternating). Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
  • Bonuses: Discretionary annual bonuses
  • 401(k): 6% company match
  • PTO: Flexible paid time off policy

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and account activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice
  • Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits or a related field
  • Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Genuine care for clients and colleagues
    • A drive for continuous improvement and professional growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
