Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Commissions: 5% on your assigned book of business (potential earnings of $5,000 - $20,000 in commissions)
- 401(k): Fully vested after 90 days with a 3-4% company match
- Benefits: Comprehensive PPO-based health coverage with competitive costs, effective after 30 days
- Paid Time Off: 12 days PTO and 9 paid holidays in the first year, increasing to 15 days PTO in the second year
- Manage and service a block of business, focusing on larger group accounts (average size: 100 lives)
- Provide exceptional client-facing service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Handle self-funded accounts and other employee benefits-related services
- Collaborate with sales teams to quote new and renewal business
- Utilize software tools such as Prism HR and Salesforce to manage accounts effectively
- 2-3 years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager in an agency setting
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license
- Experience working with larger group accounts and self-funded plans
- Proficiency in using Prism HR and Salesforce software
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
