Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
• Remote Work: Fully remote position with limited travel required.
• Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided to support your success.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Generate a minimum of $100,000 in revenue annually through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to distribute and manage workload effectively.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities.
• Participate in a structured 2-3 year ramp-up period with comprehensive training and support.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating significant revenue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience working with top brokers or a demonstrated ability to excel in a competitive sales environment.
