Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience) End-of-Year Bonus Potential, Commission, and performance bonuses

- Manage a generalist commercial lines book of business, with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts.
- Handle daily account management tasks, including adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and light certificate work.
- Review and check policies for accuracy and compliance.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a full-time assistant to ensure efficient and effective account management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial insurance account management.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proven track record of successfully managing a book of business, ideally with accounts generating approximately $1 million in revenue.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
