Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Support accounts across industries such as commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, and other business sectors.
- Provide guidance on various commercial coverages, including cyber and environmental liability, as needed.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Utilize Applied EPIC to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Strong commercial insurance knowledge, including experience supporting complex commercial accounts.
- Experience with commercial real estate, hospitality, and related industries preferred.
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
