A well-established and growing insurance organization is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Madison, AL team. What You'll Do

• Manage and service an established book of Commercial Lines accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Coordinate renewals, remarketing efforts, endorsements, policy changes, and account maintenance
• Gather underwriting information and prepare applications, proposals, and renewal documentation
• Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage protection
• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation within agency management systems
• Collaborate closely with producers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AMS360, ImageRight, Vertafore products, or similar agency management systems is a plus
