Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Relocation Package: $5,000 for candidates relocating to Duluth, GA after the initial remote period

- Manage a book of business with a focus on small business accounts, including BOPs, workers' compensation, restaurants, beauty wholesalers, professional services, dental offices, and more
- Handle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Quote new and renewal business as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft)
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with small business accounts
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software preferred
- Language Skills: Korean language proficiency is highly desirable
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset; adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges
