Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on renewals and retention of the commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with a focus on mid market business accounts
• Handle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Quote new and renewal business as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft)
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with mid-sized business accounts
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software preferred
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset; adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges
