Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- Personal Lines: $50,000 - $70,000
- Commercial Lines: $60,000 - $80,000
- Asheboro Location: $40,000 - $60,000
- Vacation and Sick Days: Generous time off policy
- Health Insurance: Not provided, but open to offering a stipend
- Work Environment: Fully in-office
- Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
- Assist clients with policy reviews, coverage questions, and policy changes
- Process endorsements, renewals, and remarketing when appropriate
- Work directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and policy servicing
- Support quoting and policy issuance for new business (Personal Lines will include both new and renewal policies; Commercial Lines will focus on renewals)
- Maintain accurate client and policy documentation within the agency management system
- Deliver proactive, relationship-driven client service
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience required
- 5-10 years of experience preferred
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Momentum or NowCerts preferred, but other backgrounds are acceptable
- Skills and Attributes:
- High ethical standards and a commitment to treating clients with respect and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
