Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a generalist commercial lines book of business across multiple industries
- Handle day-to-day account servicing including endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and policy changes
- Prepare and process renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Market new and renewal business to carriers to obtain competitive coverage options
- Review policies and provide coverage recommendations based on client exposures
- Work closely with producers to support new business and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide high-level customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in AMS 360
- 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Experience working with a variety of industries (retail, hospitality, construction, contractors, etc.)
- Proficiency in AMS 360
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy structures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Active P&C license required
