This role involves managing a substantial book of business, providing exceptional client service, and overseeing account management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in middle-market account management, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (Candidates with extensive experience may qualify for compensation exceeding $100,000)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO)
- Manage a book of business with approximately $800,000 in revenue, focusing on middle-market accounts ranging from $100,000 to $500,000
- Provide end-to-end (A-Z) account management services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with junior-level colleagues for task delegation and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions
- Assist in the transition from Sagitta and ImageRight software to Epic, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in commercial lines insurance
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management, preferably at a mid to senior level
- Strong knowledge of middle-market accounts and the ability to manage a substantial book of business
- Proficiency in insurance software systems; experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, and Epic is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office at 711 Broadway St, Suite 505, San Antonio, TX 78215)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
