Account Manager (80% Commercial, 20% Personal)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, with a focus on heavy habitational properties such as condo associations, HOAs, and townhomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with agents and virtual assistants to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $62,000 annually (eligible for a raise after one year)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business, primarily consisting of commercial accounts (80%) and personal accounts (20%).
• Handle accounts with a focus on heavy habitational properties, including 3,900 condo associations, HOAs, and townhomes.
• Quote new and renewal business, with approximately 70% of the role involving brokerage.
• Collaborate closely with agents and virtual assistants to provide exceptional client service.
• Utilize Hawksoft software initially, transitioning to EPIC in October.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with familiarity in working with brokers and managing habitational accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance management software (Hawksoft and EPIC preferred).
