Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a professional demeanor and a proven track record in handling generalist books of business. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being supported with all necessary equipment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
• 401(k): 3% company match

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts, including industries such as restaurants, hospitality, manufacturing, cemeteries, trucking, and prescribed fire.
• Handle accounts ranging in size from $25,000 to $500,000 in premium.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members to split and manage books of business effectively.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless onboarding and training.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years handling a generalist book of middle-market accounts.
• Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with EPIC software (5 years).
