Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
- Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance for the employee, with an option to upgrade for a lower deductible at $80/month.
- 401(k): Employer match of up to 4% if the employee contributes 5%.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) following a 60-day onsite training period.
- Manage a generalist book of business, with a focus on contractor accounts (approximately 40% of the book).
- Handle accounts ranging from under $25,000 to $150,000 in premium, with a few larger accounts.
- Service a book of business consisting of 100-120 policies, primarily small accounts.
- Oversee renewals, including marketing renewals independently.
- Collaborate with outsourced teams for processing, certificates, and document retrieval.
- Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs promptly.
- Experience: Proven experience in servicing and managing commercial lines accounts, with a strong focus on renewals.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360, Outlook, and RingCentral is preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses or designations are required or preferred.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid model, with an initial 60-day onsite training period.
