Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

- Manage a book of business generating $700,000 in revenue, consisting of 100-130 accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
- Handle daily account management tasks, including endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), renewals, marketing, proposals, and account rounding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and client-facing interactions.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Conduct remarketing efforts and update client applications as needed.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) handling middle-market accounts.
- Familiarity with industries such as construction, agriculture, oil and gas, and trucking is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, close-knit environment.
